HOW TO RENT BEACH SERVICE AT
THE RETREAT
Before renting beach chairs, be sure to follow the proper channels in order to complete your transaction correctly..
For any owners at the Retreat who have Seasonal Beach Service please click the button below to speak with the attendant at the beach.
For new reservations (who do not already have seasonal beach service) please click the following button to reserve beach chairs. You may also rent additional chairs, umbrellas, tables, etc.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I RESERVE BEACH SERVICE AT THE RETREAT?
Homeowners at the Retreat may rent beach chairs for themselves or their guests at any time. To do so please contact Excel or click the Reserve button above.
ARE TENTS AND CANOPIES ALLOWED ON THE BLUE MOUNTAIN BEACH CONDOMINIUMS?
Beach Tents and Canopies are not allowed at the Retreat.
IS THE BEACH WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
The Retreat community has numerous beach accesses with varying number of steps in order to get down to the beach. The most accessible way for those trying to avoid steps will be the access nearest to Draper Lake.
WHAT DO THE COLORED FLAGS MEAN?
Nearly all beach accesses will have or have sight of a beach flag. The Beach Flag system is a color coded flag hung at the beach to help visitors to the beach determine current beach conditions. Ranging from Green to Double Red, the flags will tell you what to expect from rip currents. For more information see the Visit South Walton site.
WHAT TIME IS BEACH SET-UP?
Beach chair set up begins around 7:30 and lasts about 1 hour. Certain factors like weather, local law enforcement, sanitation services or turtle watch may impact completion. Our mission is to get the chairs set up as early as possible.
