General Information: Beach Service: The Beach Set includes one standard umbrella and two chairs. Our attentive team of local beach attendants will set up and put away your beach set for you each day; so you may arrive at your convenience to enjoy your beach day. Our beach set rental is on a first come first serve basis but does allow you to choose a preferred row, based on availability for your beach stay.
If you are interested in accommodations for larger groups, our Big Umbrella with 4 chairs and 1 side table is offered at select locations. This set affords shade for 4 people seated in our beach chairs comfortably spaced. For groups or families wanting more than one set, you can book multiple at a time under one name or type in the notes section a singular group to be seated with (I.E. “Please sit us with the Reynold’s Family”)
We do our best to honor all requests to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee placement at any location. We guarantee that you will have a spot, but cannot guarantee specific location on the beach. This means your seats may change day to day depending on daily availability and/or factors outside of our control.
Refund Policy: If for any reason you should need to cancel your reservation, Excel Beach Service requires a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice from the first day of service to issue a refund. The window for cancellations with a refund closes at 4:00PM CST the day before your reservation begins. For ALL cancellations or refund requests, please complete the refund request form located on the bottom of this page and our team will contact you as soon as possible. Beach attendants are not able to provide refunds or cancel reservations. Refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee, which will be reduced from the amount refunded to you.
PALACIO: If you have received our weekly special (purchased 5 days and receive a 6th day free) and you cancel one day, there is no refund for the 6th day free. This is only offered at Palacio Condiminiums.
Weather Policy: We do not issue weather-related refunds, and there are no same day cancellations. If weather is a concern, it is the customer’s responsibility to cancel prior to the reservation start date. This also applies to impending tropical storms or hurricanes for there is not an automatic refund for services not available for these instances. Excel Beach Service reserves the right to delay beach service set-up or may break-down early due to inclement weather with no refunds.
Umbrella Policy: Please do not move or adjust the umbrella. A beach attendant will be more than happy to come adjust your umbrella per your request (if your request is able to be done). If the tide rises or recedes and you wish to have the umbrellas moved, please see a beach attendant on site. Excel Beach Service reserves the right to close and/or remove umbrellas if weather or wind conditions are unfavorable for safety reasons. There is no compensation if umbrellas are unavailable.

Single Items Orders: Single item orders (anything less than a full set of one umbrella and two chairs) do not receive our structure placement and do not get set up in advance. Single Item orders are set up when the guest checks in with the beach attendant. This does not apply if you have added single items to a beach set.
Placement Requests: Excel Beach Service does its best to honor all spot placement requests to the best of our ability, however, we cannot guarantee any specific location. Please check your reservation receipt daily to see if your row changes based on availability.
Prices: Our prices vary per location. Please click on the location you are staying at to see rental prices specific to your beach or give us a call at 850-353-3276 for pricing questions.
Hours: Hours of operation vary by location but are generally 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST. At all locations, beach service break-down will begin between 3:30PM - 4:00PM CST. Unoccupied sets may be taken down for the day and will be placed back out per customer request. If you are aware you are retiring to the beach between 3:30PM-5:00PM CST, please let the beach attendant know or leave a towel on your sets you wish to remain out.

Beach Bonfires
Bonfire Weather Policy: We want everyone to have the best possible experience with
us. Due to the nature of outdoor events, we cannot refund based on weather conditions.
If the weather forecast isn't permitting, we will gladly move your reservation to another
day subject to availability.

Rescheduling: Requesting to move the beach bonfire must be done 2 days before the originally
scheduled bonfire and is subject to availability. If you want to move your bonfire to a
later or earlier time to adjust for rain, we are happy to accommodate if done a minimum
of 2 days prior. If there is a delay in your start time, we will reach out to let you know
through the number provided to us. Please contact us with any questions or concerns,
as we are happy to help as much as we can!

Bonfire Cancellation: Should you have to cancel your beach bonfire
reservation, please let us know at least 2 business days prior to your beach bonfire
reservation by calling or texting our office line 850-353-3276. All bonfires include $125
non-refundable fee and are paid in full at the time of booking. If you decide to cancel a
refund will be granted minus the $125 non-refundable fee if done 48 hours before your
reservation time. Cancellations must be done 2 days before your bonfire to be eligible
for a refund. Refunds are not granted on the same day as your bonfire. Full
refunds are not issued.

Terms & Conditions: Customer assumes all risk to personal injury, lost, damaged, or stolen items. Customers
are responsible for their guests' conduct and any items not allowed on the beach. The
county has strict rules we must adhere to. Fire is hot and must be respected. Please do
not get close to the fire or wear loose clothing. Do not place anything in the fire. Please
watch all children and keep them away from open flames. Children under the age of 18
must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

How far in advance can I reserve beach chairs?
When planning ahead, you can reserve beach chairs at the beginning of each year for the current calendar season.
I have personal equipment, can I set it up with my beach set?
Tents and canopies must be placed in the designated areas on the beach, however, if you would like your beach set to be placed with your tent or canopy, a beach attendant will be more than happy to pull your set back and place it with your personal equipment. Chairs, tables, coolers are allowed to be placed on any row WITH your reserved beach set. Personal umbrellas must be placed behind your beach set rental and cannot impede other people's view/area.
Do you offer multi-day rentals?
Multi-day rentals are offered at specific locations. For pricing and discount information per location, please call our office at 850-353-3276.
What forms of payment do you accept on the beach?
We accept cash credit cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and room charges for Spectrum Guests of The Beach Club.
Can my beach attendant accept tips?
While tipping is not required, it is a gesture greatly appreciated by your local beach attendant. The ideal time to offer a tip is when you are satisfied with the standard of service. Typical gratuity is 10% of your purchase price.
Are you open year-round?
Our beach service season begins in March and goes through October. We offer beach bonfires at specific locations year-round with the exception of major holidays.
