Before renting beach chairs, be sure to check with your vacation rental host to ensure that you are taking full advantage of any free amenities offered to you.
For any owners or guests of Blue Mountain Beach Condominiums who have Seasonal Beach Service please click the button below to speak with the attendant at the beach hut. Please note that reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.
For new reservations (who do not already have seasonal beach service) please click the following button to reserve beach chairs. You may also rent additional chairs, umbrellas, tables, etc. Please note that reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I RESERVE BEACH SERVICE AT BLUE MOUNTAIN BEACH CONDOMINIUMS?
You can rent beach chairs up to two weeks prior to your arrival. You can also rent chairs from the beach attendant behind Blue Mountain Beach Condominiums at any time.
IS THE BEACH WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Blue Mountain Beach Condominiums has two beach accesses. Both accesses will require guests to climb numerous stairs. For more information about the beach accesses please contact your vacation rental company.
WHAT DO THE COLORED FLAGS MEAN?
Before heading down to the beach, please prepare yourself for the beach conditions by checking the color flag system. Flag colors range from green to double red, and can be found near most beach accesses. When a double red flag is flying, stay out of the water. Not only dangerous currents but local law enforcement will fine anyone in the water. For more information see the Visit South Walton site.
WHAT TIME IS BEACH SET-UP?
Beach chair set up begins around 6:45 and typically lasts until 7:30. Factors like weather, local law enforcement, sanitation services or turtle watch may impact completion.
WHO CAN RENT BEACH SERVICE AT BLUE MOUNTAIN CONDOS?
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent for all Blue Mountain Beach Condominiums owners and guests. Only owners and guests are permitted to rent chairs and umbrellas behind Blue Mountain Beach Condominiums. If you are not a guest or owner at the Blue Mountain Beach Condominiums, please contact your rental owner or agency to learn how to rent chairs, and which beach access to use.
