Excel Beach Service is not just a business. We have focused on the little things to improve the lives of our team members; so that they provide the best customer service on all the beaches we manage. Showing up early. Working hard for the person next to you. Being friendly and professional. Be honest and act with integrity. These are the tenets of our organization.

We put qualified people in positions of responsibility and provide them with the resources to master their job, and more importantly develop as professional adults. We develop talent from within our ranks. We don't hire drones or put people on your beach that will not be friendly, punctual and helpful to your owners and guests. We believe that your beach is a representation of us, and take its security, organization, and guest experience personally. When you partner with Excel on your beach, you get an honest, up-front beach manager and team of dedicated attendants who will learn and maintain a standard of excellence.

When owner and operator, Chris Trafton, started Excel he did so with a notion that a company should be structured a little differently. Excel creates a sense of community, striving for the highest level of customer service, and creating memories for all the guests we serve. From the get-go this business has always come from a heart of service. We strive to develop a sense of family within the Excel team, our business partners, and ultimately those who come to visit our shores in hopes of building experiences that will last a lifetime.

INTEGRITY MATTERS

When partnering with a beach service company, the questions you don't ask are just as important as the ones you do ask. DO you know how the reporting of cash is managed? Are you being paid out based on your agreements or are you kept at arms length? We believe that integrity matters. Our up-front and transparent reporting system takes all the guesswork out of profit reports and payouts. We believe that you deserve to know how your beach is performing - and we make it easy for our clients to see.

BUILDING A COMMUNITY

Now, over a decade later Excel has grown to a team of more than 40 members and were service a number of unique beaches from 30-A, Florida to Fort Morgan, Alabama. But, we have never lost sight of the original mission of Excel Beach Service: to create a community of likeminded individuals working to support one another while providing a beach service platform supported by hard work, transparency and customer service.

SERVING VETERANS

Our service is not limited to hospitality. We are passionate in serving our local community as well! While beach hospitality is seasonal for many teams, we seek to provide year-round work for ours allowing them to lead a high-quality life that is rooted in stability and hope. We also proudly support veterans by being the only beach service IN THE WORLD as a certified DOD Skillbridge partner. This program directly supports veterans leaving Active Duty by providing them transitioning support such as career opportunities and mentorship and is headed by our very own USAF Chaplain Sean Russell and former USA Green Beret Ethan Fisher.
